Feb. 1, 2014 -- gave up caffeine. Went Vegetarian.
Feb. 15 -- started juicing. Running 2 miles, every other week on the non-Bjj weeks.
Feb. 20 -- lost about 7lbs. Walking weight at 148, previously walking at 153. Did the 10 pushups daily for 21 days. Started a Meditate 5 minutes a day for 21 days on Habitforge.
